I am in my senior year in college and still pissed off with our school guidelines specifically proper uniforms. I've been keeping my grudges for year to those Board of Regents who established the rules in our student manual without having any consent of how that guidelines will affect the students. By the way, I am studying at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila we're hard working students dominates.
